Refund & Return Policy

An itemized receipt is required for all returns and must be made within 90 days of purchase at any Girlz Gear shop location. Refunds are not permitted. Exchanges or store credit can be provided if item(s) are in original packaging and price tag is intact.  

Purchases made through the GSUSA online shop, may be returned to Girlz Gear for exchange of product of equal value within 90 days of original purchase if the returned item is carried in GSSC-MM Girlz Gear shops. Otherwise GSUSA returns can be made directly to them. 

All sales on clearance items are final.
